How to Join the Program
Joining the program is simple:
1. Tell a Friend:
Share your positive JR Auto experience with friends, family, or colleagues.
2. Make a Referral:
Ask your friend to mention your name when booking their first service or at the time of payment.
2. Complete a Service:
Your reward will be activated once your referred friend completes a paid service (excludes minor repairs).
Receive Your Reward: We will notify you, and you can redeem your complimentary ozone treatment during your next visit.

By participating in the JR Auto Service Refer a Friend Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility
The program is open to existing JR Auto Service customers with a valid service history.
The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously used JR Auto Service.
Referral Process
A referral is only considered valid if the referred friend mentions the referrer’s name during their first booking or at the time of service.
For the referrer to qualify for the reward, the referred friend must complete a paid service (excluding minor repairs, such as tyre pressure checks or fluid top-ups).
Reward Details
Once the referred friend completes their first service, the referrer will receive a complimentary ozone treatment for their vehicle.
The ozone treatment is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and must be used within 90 days of being awarded.
Ozone Treatment Benefits
The ozone treatment removes odours, kills bacteria, viruses, and mould, and improves air quality inside your vehicle.
JR Auto Service is not liable for any allergic reactions or sensitivities experienced after the treatment.
Limitations
Each referrer can refer to multiple friends; however, only one reward will be issued per referred friend.
A maximum of three free ozone treatments can be earned per referrer within a calendar year.
Program Duration
JR Auto Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
All rewards must be redeemed within the stipulated time frame, regardless of program changes or termination.
